Moist and fluffy vegan chocolate chip banana nut donuts.

- 1 cup oat flour
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 banana
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 2 tbsp nut milk (I used unsweetened vanilla almond milk)
- 1 tbsp chocolate chips (vegan)
- 1 tbsp walnuts
Preheat oven to 350°
Combine oat flour, baking powder and cinnamon in a large mixing bowl
Whisk together banana, maple syrup and nut milk in a separate mixing bowl
Add wet mixture to dry mixture
Lightly grease donut pant with olive oil
Fill donut pan to form four donuts
Add chocolate chips and walnuts on top
Bake in oven at 350° for 11 minutes
Let cool and enjoy!
