Moist and fluffy vegan chocolate chip banana nut donuts.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup oat flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 banana
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp nut milk (I used unsweetened vanilla almond milk)
  • 1 tbsp chocolate chips (vegan)
  • 1 tbsp walnuts

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°
  • Combine oat flour, baking powder and cinnamon in a large mixing bowl
  • Whisk together banana, maple syrup and nut milk in a separate mixing bowl
  • Add wet mixture to dry mixture
  • Lightly grease donut pant with olive oil
  • Fill donut pan to form four donuts
  • Add chocolate chips and walnuts on top
  • Bake in oven at 350° for 11 minutes
  • Let cool and enjoy!
