Sweet and fluffy chocolate chip banana baked oats.

- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 ripe banana
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 cup nut milk (I used unsweetened vanilla almond milk)
- 1 tsp mini semi sweet chocolate chips (vegan)
Preheat the oven to 350°
Blend the rolled oats, ripe banana, baking powder and nut milk in a blender or NutriBullet to form a flour-like consistency
Pour the oat batter in an oven safe baking dish (I used a 6 oz ramekin)
Sprinkle the mini vegan semi sweet chocolate chips on top
Bake in the oven for 20 minutes at 350°
Let cool and enjoy!
