Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup oat flour
  • 1/4 cup canned pumpkin
  • 2 tbsp unsweeteened applesauce
  • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp pure maple syrup
  • 1 tsp mini chocolate chips (vegan)
  • 1/4 cup rolled oats

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°
  • Combine dry ingredients in a mixing bowl: oat flour, rolled oats, pumpkin pie spice and cinnamon
  • Whisk together wet ingredients in a separate mixing bowl: canned pumpkin, unsweetened applesauce and pure maple syrup
  • Lightly grease a baking sheet
  • Form cookies on baking sheet
  • Sprinkle mini chocolate chips on top
  • Bake in oven at 350° for 10 minutes
  • Let cool and enjoy!
