Blueberry Chia Seed Jelly

An easy, few ingredient blueberry chia seed jelly.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups fresh or frozen blueberries
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon

Instructions
 

  • Microwave blueberries for 2 minutes or boil on stove
  • Mash blueberries and drain excess liquid
  • Add chia seeds and cinnamon to blueberry mixture
  • Place blueberry chia seeds and cinnamon to blueberry mixture
  • Place blueberry chia seed jam in a mason jar and leave in fridge overnight
  • Spread jam on toast or other bread
  • Enjoy!

Notes

*I like to chill the blueberry chia seed jelly in the fridge overnight, but you can certainly eat it after letting it chill for an hour in the fridge!*
