Blueberry Chia Seed Jelly

An easy, few ingredient blueberry chia seed jelly.

- 2 cups fresh or frozen blueberries
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
Microwave blueberries for 2 minutes or boil on stove
Mash blueberries and drain excess liquid
Add chia seeds and cinnamon to blueberry mixture
Place blueberry chia seeds and cinnamon to blueberry mixture
Place blueberry chia seed jam in a mason jar and leave in fridge overnight
Spread jam on toast or other bread
Enjoy!
*I like to chill the blueberry chia seed jelly in the fridge overnight, but you can certainly eat it after letting it chill for an hour in the fridge!*
