Fluffy vegan blueberry banana baked oats.

- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/4 banana
- 2 tbsp fresh blueberries
- 1/2 cup nut milk (I used unsweetened vanilla almond milk)
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
Toppings
- 1 tsp pure maple syrup
- 1 tbsp fresh blueberries
Preheat oven to 350°
Add rolled oats, banana, nut milk and baking powder to a NutriBullet or blender and blend until there is a thick and creamy consistency
Pour the blueberry oat batter in an oven safe baking dish
Mix in the fresh blueberries
Add 1 tbsp of fresh blueberries on top
Bake in the oven for 20 minutes at 350°
Add maple syrup and enjoy!
