Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • 1/3 cup canned pumpkin
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 2 tbsp pure maple syrup
  • 2 tsp chocolate chips (vegan)
  • 1/4 cup almond milk

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°
  • Blend rolled oats in a blender or NutriBullet to form a flour-like consistency
  • Add dry ingredients to a mixing bowl: oat flour, baking powder, baking soda and cocoa powder
  • Whisk together wet ingredients to a separate mixing bowl: canned pumpkin, pure maple syrup and almond milk
  • Slowly pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients
  • Lightly grease a donut pan with olive oil
  • Add donut batter to form three donuts
  • Sprinkle mini vegan chocolate chips on top
  • Bake for 10 minutes at 350°
  • Let cool and enjoy!
