Banana Chocolate Chip Pancakes

Soft and fluffy banana chocolate chip pancakes.

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1/3 cup + 2 tbsp nut milk (I used unsweetened vanilla almond milk)
  • 1/4 banana
  • 1 tbsp chocolate chips (vegan)

Toppings

  • banana slices
  • pure maple syrup
  • creamy peanut butter

Instructions
 

  • Add rolled oats, baking powder, nut milk and banana to a blender and blend until there is a thick and creamy consistency
  • Fold in chocolate chips and banana slices
  • Cook pancakes 1-2 minutes each in a pancake maker (I used my Dash mini pancake griddle)
  • Add toppings and enjoy!
