Soft and fluffy banana chocolate chip pancakes.

- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1/3 cup + 2 tbsp nut milk (I used unsweetened vanilla almond milk)
- 1/4 banana
- 1 tbsp chocolate chips (vegan)
Toppings
- banana slices
- pure maple syrup
- creamy peanut butter
Add rolled oats, baking powder, nut milk and banana to a blender and blend until there is a thick and creamy consistency
Fold in chocolate chips and banana slices
Cook pancakes 1-2 minutes each in a pancake maker (I used my Dash mini pancake griddle)
Add toppings and enjoy!
