- 1 cup rolled or quick oats
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 cup creamy salted peanut butter
- 2 mashed bananas
- 1/4 cup + 4 tsp maple syrup
- 1/2 cup + 3 tbsp nut milk (I used unsweetened vanilla almond milk)
- 3 tbsp vegan dark chocolate chips
Preheat your oven to 350°
Blend your rolled or quick oats in a blender to form a flour-like consistency
Combine your oat flour, cocoa powder and baking powder in a large mixing bowl
Combine your creamy salted peanut butter, mashed bananas, maple syrup and nut milk in a separate mixing bowl and mix until all of the ingredients are thoroughly combined
Slowly fold your wet ingredients into your dry ingredients
Add your vegan dark chocolate chips
Lightly grease an oven safe baking dish
Pour in your brownie batter
Sprinkle additional dark chocolate chips on top
Bake in the oven for 20 minutes at 350°
Let cool and enjoy!
