Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 banana
  • 1/4 cup chopped strawberries
  • 1/3 cup nut milk (I used unsweetened vanilla almond milk)

Instructions
 

  • Add rolled oats, baking powder, cinnamon, banana, chopped strawberries and nut milk to a blender or NutriBullet to form a thick and creamy consistency
  • Lightly grease your mini waffle maker with olive oil
  • Pour waffle batter in waffle maker (recipe yields two small waffles)
  • Cook each waffle for 4 minutes
  • Add toppings and enjoy!
