- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 banana
- 1/4 cup chopped strawberries
- 1/3 cup nut milk (I used unsweetened vanilla almond milk)
Add rolled oats, baking powder, cinnamon, banana, chopped strawberries and nut milk to a blender or NutriBullet to form a thick and creamy consistency
Lightly grease your mini waffle maker with olive oil
Pour waffle batter in waffle maker (recipe yields two small waffles)
Cook each waffle for 4 minutes
Add toppings and enjoy!
