- 1/4 cup tofu
- 2 pieces sour dough toast
- 1/4 cup spinach
- 1 tsp nutritional yeast
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 mushroom
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp turmeric
- dash salt & pepper
- 1/4 avocado
- 2 slices tomato
Add tofu, spinach, nutritional yeast, garlic clove, mushroom, garlic powder, turmeric, salt and pepper to a pan
Cook for 10-15 minutes on low-medium heat
Heat two slices of sour dough toast in a toaster
Spread thin layer of avocado on each piece of sour dough toast
Add tofu mixture to both pieces of sour dough toast
Garnish with tomato slice
