Soft and fluffy vegan chocolate protein pancakes.

- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 scoop chocolate protein powder (1 scoop = 23g)
- 1/3 cup nut milk (I used unsweetened vanilla almond milk)
- 1/2 banana
- 1 tsp chocolate chips (vegan)
Add rolled oats, baking powder, chocolate protein powder, nut milk and banana to a blender or NutriBullet and blend until there is a thick and creamy consistency
Lightly grease your mini waffle iron with olive oil
Pour waffle batter in mini waffle maker (recipe yields 3 mini waffles)
Cook each waffle for around 4 minutes
Add toppings and enjoy!
