- 8 dates
- 1/4 cup rolled oats
Soak dates for 10 minutes in hot water
Blend dates, chia seeds, peanut butter, and rolled oats in a food processor
Roll into 13 energy bites
Place balls on parchment paper
Place in refrigerator for an hour
