Vegan Tofu Breakfast Scramble

Ingredients
  

  • 1 container silken tofu
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric
  • pinch of black pepper
  • pinch of sea salt

Instructions
 

  • Preheat stove
  • Cut tofu into cubes 
  • Wash & cut cherry tomatoes in halves 
  • Add tofu, cherry tomatoes, spinach, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, turmeric, and nutritional yeast to pan and cook for 15 minutes or until golden brown 
  • Enjoy!
