Vegan Tofu Breakfast Scramble

- 1 container silken tofu
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp turmeric
- pinch of black pepper
- pinch of sea salt
Preheat stove
Cut tofu into cubes
Wash & cut cherry tomatoes in halves
Add tofu, cherry tomatoes, spinach, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, turmeric, and nutritional yeast to pan and cook for 15 minutes or until golden brown
