- 2 cups whole wheat penne pasta
- 3 tbsp nutritional yeast
- 1/2 cup hummus
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- dash of pepper
- basil to garnish
Cook pasta until softened
Drain pasta in a strainer and let sit for a few minutes for liquid to drain out
Blend hummus, nutritional yeast, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a food processor
Slowly mix Alfredo sauce in pasta
Dash of basil on top to garnish
