Moist and fudgy vegan chocolate walnut brownies.

- 1 cup oat flour
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 2 tbsp peanut butter
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 6 dates
- 1 tbsp pure maple syrup
- 2 tbsp walnuts
- 2 tbsp dark chocolate chips (vegan)
- 3/4 cup + 1 tbsp nut milk (I used unsweetened vanilla almond milk)
Preheat oven to 350°
Add oat flour, baking powder and cocoa powder to a large mixing bowl
Blend together peanut butter, dates, pure maple syrup and nut milk
Combine wet ingredients to dry ingredients
Lightly grease a brownie pan
Add brownie batter to the pan
Add dark chocolate chips and walnuts
Bake in oven at 350° for 12 minutes
Let cool and enjoy!
