Banana “nice” cream has quickly become one of my favorite treats. It’s so easy to make, and it tastes delicious. You can add numerous toppings and create different flavors, but today’s recipe is for banana “nice” cream. This is a two-ingredient recipe (plus the toppings).
Ingredients
- Bananas: The first ingredient you need to make this vegan banana “nice” cream is bananas. I like to freeze a bunch of bananas in the freezer so they’re ready to go when I want to make “nice” cream or a smoothie/smoothie bowl.
- Almond Milk: The next ingredient you need is almond milk, or a nut milk of your choice. This recipe calls for 1/4 cup nut milk. Blend the nut milk in a food processor with the banana until it forms a thick and creamy consistency.
- Chocolate Chips: The last ingredient you need is vegan chocolates chips. This is an optional step, but I added chocolate chunks as the topping for my ice cream. Some of my favorite vegan chocolate chips are Lilly’s chocolate baking chips and Enjoy Life’s chocolate chips.
